2.2 Geographic Eligibility: y71gam makes its platform available to players in Pakistan, including residents of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gaming platform is permissible under any laws applicable to them personally. y71gam accepts no liability for a player's non-compliance with locally applicable statutes.
2.3 Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. y71gam will rely on registration information for identity verification, KYC compliance, and payment processing. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Rule: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on y71gam at any time. The following circumstances constitute duplicate accounts and are strictly prohibited: same full name, same CNIC number, same device fingerprint, same IP address on registration, same JazzCash or EasyPaisa mobile number, or same residential address. y71gam employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
2.5 Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of y71gam and its software providers and payment partners are not eligible to register or play on the platform.
3.1 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y71gam username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless y71gam has been notified of a security breach in advance of the disputed activity.
3.2 Two-Factor Authentication: y71gam strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. y71gam bears no liability for losses resulting from account compromise where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC): y71gam may require identity verification at any stage — including but not limited to at registration, upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or upon request from the platform's compliance team. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of KYC.
3.4 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. y71gam reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee against dormant account balances after written notice to the registered email address. Balances that fall to zero as a result of dormancy fees will result in account closure.
3.5 Account Currency: All y71gam accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to PKR-denominated deposits or withdrawals made via local payment methods.
4.1 Accepted Methods: y71gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. y71gam reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are published in the y71gam cashier section and may vary by payment method. y71gam does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes for amounts within standard thresholds. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions: To make a withdrawal, your account must: (a) have completed the required KYC verification; (b) have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds you wish to withdraw; (c) not be under investigation for fraudulent activity or terms violation; and (d) have a balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
4.5 Third-Party Payments: y71gam does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Right to Withhold: y71gam reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of potential terms violations. y71gam will communicate the reason for any hold and a reasonable expected resolution timeline.
5.1 y71gam offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player creating a duplicate account to claim a welcome bonus a second time is engaging in bonus abuse, which is a prohibited activity under Section 8 of these Terms.

6.2 Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. y71gam is not responsible for bets not confirmed due to internet connectivity issues, browser errors, or session timeouts on the player's end.
6.3 Cricket Betting: PSL matches, international Test matches, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and other cricket competitions are offered subject to the relevant cricket governing body's official results. In-play betting markets are suspended during official delays and resumed at y71gam's discretion based on event status updates from verified data providers.
6.4 Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. y71gam reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. A bet placed at clearly erroneous odds that would not have been available under normal market conditions may be voided or settled at the corrected odds at y71gam's discretion.
6.5 Void Bets: y71gam reserves the right to void bets in cases including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors, or system faults that resulted in incorrect odds being published.
6.6 Maximum Winnings: y71gam applies maximum payout limits per bet and per player per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook terms and may vary by sport and competition. y71gam reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual player at its discretion.
7.1 Game Outcomes: All y71gam casino games — including slots, live dealer games, and other digital table games — are operated by certified third-party software providers. Random number generation for digital games is independently tested and certified. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) operated by professional dealers in certified studios.
7.2 Live Casino: Players acknowledge that live casino game streams may occasionally be interrupted due to technical issues. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, y71gam's system will attempt to complete the round based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

10.2 y71gam will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for platform operation, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
10.3 y71gam uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its website. Use of the y71gam website constitutes consent to cookie use in accordance with the Cookie Policy published on the platform.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y71gam's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to y71gam in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 y71gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
11.3 y71gam does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
11.4 y71gam shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government action, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider outages.
12.1 Termination by Player: You may close your y71gam account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw any eligible balance. Accounts with active self-exclusion periods cannot be closed; the exclusion must run its course or be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming policy.
12.2 Termination by y71gam: y71gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period, or where required by regulatory instruction. In the event of closure for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all bonus balances are forfeited. All obligations owed between the parties that arose prior to termination shall survive closure.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the player's jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
